They are very professional and kind. I put them through a lot to get the headstone just right for my teenage son who passed away tragically in an accident.
They helped me accomplish what my wife and I were hoping, to show the love we have for our son for anyone that saw his headstone.
Hopefully you never need this service but if you do, I highly recommend them! The quality and workmanship is top-notch and they treat you with such kindness when you show up at their office. Everyone we met in the Office, the designer, and the guys in the outside who work on the granite are great.

I recently did an order with sun city granite and was told it wouldn’t come until January. This morning I received an unexpected call and they told me that my order was ready and has been delivered just in time for my son Birthday. I know I was a pain in the butt , but they worked with me put there self in my shoes and really understood my concept on how I wanted things . I want to give them 10 stars for such an exceptional, outstanding, and remarkable job. Sending much love and appreciation from the Reed Family!!!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Pleasant and expert advice on the planning and design of the headstone. The finished product was beautiful and delivered on time. The staff at Sun City is professional, helpful and comforting. A very good experience.

Sun City Granite has been nothing but compassionate, patient and professional! I was very unsure how to start and they kindly directed me how to start and were even patient enough to redo my vision until my sisters memorial looked perfect. They even took the time to reach out to mention a warranty for the picture we have on the memorial. Great business who is actually caring and not there for the money.

Sun City Granite did a beautiful job with my grandmothers headstone. The designing process was easy, the employees, Brenda and Kat, were very helpful and very professional, kept me up to date with the process. They kept me up to date with the delays and which step was necessary. Would definitely recommend and will be using their services again in the future!

Top marks for this company. Competitive prices, on-time delivery, quality products. They were able to quickly provide a grave marker for my mother, at lowest price. What I liked most was the personal service, dealing with the same person from start to finish. I hope I never have to need their services again, but if I do I won't hesitate to contact them.

I purchased a memorial marker for my father and I want to thank Brenda Gonzalez for her help! My Father’s marker came out beautiful. They did such a wonderful job Brenda was so kind and kept me informed of the process I really appreciate that. The turn around time was pretty fast. Brenda at Sun City Granite provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond what I had anticipated. Her professionalism, empathy, and compassionate service were so much appreciated during a difficult time. The finished niche memorial engraving came out beautifully and was exactly how it was custom designed...and it arrived a lot sooner than it was projected! My heart is at peace and I know my loved one is looking down from heaven smiling at her memorial.

I want to thank Brenda Gonzalez for all of her help! My Husband’s marker needed to be cleaned, and she sent someone from Sun City Granite out to the cemetery to have that done for me. They did a wonderful job, and it now looks beautiful! Brenda was so kind and compassionate to work with, which I so appreciate as these things are always emotionally difficult. I am so grateful for both her professionalism and her empathy. Thank you Brenda!

Making these types of decisions are very hard already as it is, but Brenda and Kat were very patient with us throughout the whole process. They gave us many options and recommendations on what looked beautiful for my mother in law. We were able to fit everything we wanted said on it and it looks amazing. They even sent a small email stating what we can use to clean it so it looks good for years to come. I've recommended them to friends and family that have been in need of looking for a headstone for a loved one. Thanks again to Brenda, Kat and the company for everything, especially during this hard time with the pandemic.

I lost my mom to covid and because of all the delays with the pandemic this company was able to provide my mom's headstone in short time after her funeral. Brenda was very patient and understanding because my siblings and I needed to make a decision on how the headstone would look like, thank you very much for that my family and I are beyond grateful.

Having to go through this process is not an easy task for family members. I must say that my initial contact felt a bit uneasy. I do not remember the lady's name who answered the call. I would have liked to have been made to feel more at ease, however, as I continued to call and navigated through the process ... I finally spoke with Katrina, who made me feel more and more comfortable and confident. She worked with me until I got what I was looking for. It actually came out even better than I had expected. Katrina stuck with me and helped me to meet our stone installment date at the mortuary, she was very warm and extremely caring and because of her, I give the 5 stars and recommend using this company.

Sun City Granite staff were always courteous, respectful and helpful as we worked through the pandemic to get the beautiful black granite for my wife's monument. And, despite the delays that were beyond its control Sun City kept me fully informed of the reasons for the delay and made sure that work on my wife's headstone moved as quickly as possible after it arrived. Sun City's field crew was well-trained, kind, sensitive and careful as they installed the headstone. I highly recommend Sun City Granite.

Do not use this company!!! How in the world do you lose a whole headstone?!! We had to have my brothers 1 year service without his headstone. When Katrina was contacted on Monday 8/16/21, she said she had no idea where it was and was unable to get in contact the delivery company! Our family is just heart broken over this! I would give them a no star rating, but I had to give at least 1 so I could post my review!!
